Reverse the Curse
In this powerful message, we're invited to see Jesus in a new light - as the divine Carpenter who came to restore what was broken by sin. The sermon takes us back to the Garden of Eden, reminding us of the three key things lost in the fall: peace with God, peace with each other, and peace with creation. But here's the beautiful part - Jesus, in His role as the ultimate Tekton (builder), is actively working to rebuild and reconcile all these broken relationships. This fresh perspective on Christ's mission can revolutionize how we read the Gospels and understand His teachings. It's not just about salvation at the end; it's about restoration in the here and now. As we grapple with our own brokenness, we're encouraged to remember that our capacity to wreck things isn't greater than Jesus' ability to restore them. He's the master builder, constantly picking up our shattered pieces and creating something beautiful. And the best part? We're invited to join Him in this restoration work, handing Him the tools as He rebuilds His kingdom.
