THERE IS A SEAT FOR YOU AT THE TABLE.
We are so glad you’re interested in getting involved in a group at White Stone!
The truth is, we need people. As hard as it is for many of us to admit, we are not as self-sufficient as we think we are. And in our experience, isolation is where a vibrant walk with Jesus goes to die. That’s one reason why the Christian faith is not something to be done individually— it is a faith made to be walked out in the context of community.

WHY GROUPS?
The truth is that no one can be truly formed and molded into a full disciple of Jesus by only showing up and “consuming” a Sunday morning worship service every week. Groups offer a place where followers of Christ can grow closer to Jesus and closer to one another. They are a place where people can learn to carry each other’s burdens. They are a place where people can grow together in the daily rhythms that mark a follower of Jesus: studying the scriptures, prayer, repentance, sacrificial generosity, service, telling their stories, and worship. They are a place where lifelong friendships are formed. And most of all, they are a place where we gradually go from being consumers of the church to being truly connected with the church.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
We think new people connect best alongside a group filled with other new people, and we launch new groups like this twice a year with an experience called ROOTED. We launch new ROOTED groups every January and August. If you’re looking to get involved at White Stone we believe that joining a ROOTED group would be your best next step.
WHAT IF I CAN’T WAIT THAT LONG?
If you're looking to get involved in a group, but registration for Rooted groups is not currently open, we'd encourage you to get into community by either joining a team like our First Impressions, Setup, or Hospitality teams, or by jumping into one of our volunteer opportunities while you're waiting on the next chance to get into a Rooted group.
