Go and Make Disciples

As we dig into the Great Commission, we're reminded of God's ultimate aim: to gather a people from every nation to declare His glory. The story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refusing to bow to Nebuchadnezzar's statue serves as a striking contrast to God's plan. While the Babylonian king demanded worship from all peoples, our God seeks to unite all nations in joyful praise. This ties directly into Jesus' Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20, where we're called to make disciples of all nations. As followers of Christ, we're not just called to convert, but to disciple - a process that requires active engagement in community. This mission isn't just about preaching; it's about living out our faith in relationship with others, teaching them to obey Christ's commands. Are we truly committed to this mission? Are we passionate about seeing all nations declare God's glory? This message challenges us to examine our hearts and actions, urging us to invest our resources, time, and energy in making disciples both locally and globally.
