Take Heart
In John 16:33, we're reminded of a powerful command from Jesus: 'Take heart.' This isn't just a suggestion, but a call to action in the face of life's tribulations. The message invites us to reclaim our hearts from places they don't belong - whether it's our jobs, hobbies, relationships, or even our own despair. We're challenged to consider where we've misplaced our devotion and to courageously take back our hearts, ultimately placing them in the safest hands - those of Jesus. This spiritual insight reminds us that our hearts are meant for wonder, worship, and faith, not worry, anxiety, and fear. By putting 'first things first' and seeking God's kingdom above all, we're promised that everything else will fall into place. It's a call to trust in Jesus' victory over the world and to find our peace in Him.
